Office Manager / Administrator will be responsible for performing a diverse set of administrative tasks including supervision of client scheduling, reviewing / answer emails and phone calls, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, and special projects as assigned. Applicants must be able to multi-task with superb accuracy, be results driven, and have a keen ability to problem solve.

Qualifications Must have Exceptional computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite, SimplePractice, Google documents, Wordpress, Email and Internet Excellent Grammar/spelling skills Strong communication skills with our customers and internal staff Outstanding organizational skills Must have the ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines Experience in the Mental Health industry a plus Additional Information
